Suisun City has new Community Development Director

SUISUN CITY - Suisun City has a new director of Community Development: Heather McCollister, previously a Napa County principal planner.

McCollister replaces Community Director Jake Raper, who retired last month. She will oversee the city's land-use planning and housing programs. McCollister started work Monday.

City Manager Suzanne Bragdon described McCollister has having "tremendous experience facilitating smart development with limited land resources, skills of vital importance as Suisun City pursues important infill and commercial projects."
