FAIRFIELD - Ball Corp.'s chief financial officer will speak to the investment community Wednesday and residents can listen in.Raymond J. Seabrook, Ball's senior vice president and chief financial officer, will speak at the Bank of America Securities Basic Industries conference in New York.

Ball Corp. is one of the world's leading supplies of metal and plastic packaging for the beverage and food industries, a press release said. It reported sales of $5.4 billion in 2004. It has a plant in Fairfield.
