East Bay Business Times - August 10, 2007
Pacific West Builders of Vacaville will receive $6,150,000 from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest for the design and construction of an administrative building, a railroad equipment and engine-maintenance facility, and an electrical substation at Concord's Naval Weapons Seal Beach Detachment.
The work is expected to be finished by January 2009, according to a U.S. Department of Defense announcement of the award.
The competitive award falls under a contract announced by the Department of Defense in December 2006 for new construction and renovation of general buildings within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest area of responsibility.
