Brokers honored
Colliers International brokers received 14 awards at the 10th annual Northern California Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Premier Brokers Awards Lunch.
More than $1.2 billion of office, industrial and land transactions were submitted for these awards, which honored a total of 12 brokers representing five Colliers International offices.
Brooks Pedder and Phillip Garret, of the firm's Fairfield office, received awards in industrial sales, and the Fairfield office won the top industrial sale award.
